These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p9gam ("p9gam", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p9gam website located at https://p9gam.cam and all associated services, including the sports betting interface, online casino, live dealer games, promotional programmes and any other features made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to offers you elect to participate in. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on p9gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own name, for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where you are required by law to refrain from accessing such services;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director or contractor of p9gam or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by p9gam due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services, whether through p9gam's own self-exclusion tool or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme that p9gam is required to honour.

4.1 Registration Process

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on p9gam. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered at registration or at a later date — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p9gam reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a ground for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. p9gam staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional security layer to your Account.
• Do not use the same password for p9gam that you use on other websites or services.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Do not share your account credentials with any other person; all activity on your Account is your responsibility.

4.3 KYC Verification

p9gam applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating licence. You may be required at any time to provide identity and address verification documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods approved and listed in the active p9gam cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform supports PKR as its primary currency. Familiar payment references available to Pakistani players — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast transfers and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for context; actual availability is subject to the operator's live cashier and the applicable policies of each payment provider. No endorsement by any payment provider is implied.

p9gam does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must come from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in your name;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated in the cashier at the time of the request;
• p9gam reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with AML obligations;
• Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on p9gam are accepted subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules, which are available within the Platform's sportsbook section. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. p9gam reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without stating a reason.

• Bets are final once confirmed; you may not cancel a wager after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — including palpable errors arising from a technical fault or data feed failure — p9gam reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• For cricket markets including PSL, ICC and bilateral T20 fixtures: specific rules governing over reductions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments and abandoned matches are detailed in the sports rules section of the Platform.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. Bets placed may be subject to a slight delay; acceptance of in-play bets is not guaranteed.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) and instant games — are provided by third-party technology partners. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on game information pages are theoretical averages over long-run play cycles and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome in any individual session.

p9gam is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to read or understand individual game rules. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with each game's rules, paytable and volatility profile before wagering.

p9gam may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback programmes, loyalty rewards and refer-a-friend incentives. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual offer, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms;
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are subject to minimum odds requirements where stated;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are detailed in the offer terms;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window;
• p9gam reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time, or to modify its terms, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to an Account;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only; systematic exploitation or abuse of promotional offers will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may lead to account closure.

7.2 VIP & Loyalty Programme

p9gam operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black). Tier advancement, associated benefits, and PKR turnover thresholds are subject to the programme's current terms, which may be updated at the operator's discretion. Tier membership does not create a contractual entitlement to any specific reward or benefit beyond what is formally published in the current programme documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p9gam and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical, artificial or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion between players, or any conduct that constitutes manipulation of a sporting event or casino game outcome;
• Exploiting errors, technical faults or loopholes in the Platform's software for personal gain;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts;
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPN, proxy or similar obfuscation technology to disguise your actual location;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's operation, security or integrity.

All content on the p9gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game assets and data compilations — is the proprietary property of p9gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of p9gam. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and be subject to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9gam, its officers, employees, agents, partners and technology providers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or actions by third parties;
• Inaccuracies in real-time odds, scores or data feeds provided by third-party suppliers;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits p9gam's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

p9gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on this Platform is intended to be an entertainment activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional or social harm, you are strongly encouraged to use the tools available to you.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification and optional logout after a set duration of play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.

12.2 Closure by p9gam

p9gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, money laundering or match-fixing;
• A User's location is determined to be in a jurisdiction where access to the Platform is prohibited;
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement or judicial authority;
• Where continued operation of the Account represents a reputational, legal or financial risk to p9gam or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to fraud or material breach of Terms, p9gam reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is for other reasons, withdrawable balances will be returned subject to standard KYC and payment processing requirements.

p9gam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and request withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p9gam holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the p9gam support team to seek an informal resolution. p9gam will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, details of which are available upon request. You may also have rights under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, which these Terms do not seek to override.
